Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites West Chester, an IHG Hotel

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to West Chester University. Microwave in the room is convenient. Free breakfast had selection of hot items as well as yogurts & fresh fruits. Dove products in bathrooms were nice The full size bottles were actually full! (So many hotels don't bother filling them up!) 2nd floor rooms have a nice sitting/computer area. I could get away from the kids and enjoy my coffee in peace. Staff was very nice: front desk clerk, housekeeper and the gentleman who kept the breakfast area filled and clean. He was very professional even when someone was very upset about breakfast items not being there. (It was almost 10am and breakfast ends at 10) I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Just mentioned to Anthia that the ac unit in my room needed to be checked as it rattled. She moved me to another room immediately. Housekeeping was very good and came daily. Breakfast was good but the pancake machine was not working. The elevator broke so I had to climb the stairs, but stuff happens not sure if the hotel can be blamed. Anthia was very nice and professional. She is an asset to the establishment.

The facilities were clean and organized, no odor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and warm, the tub in the bathroom was huge and comfortable enough for me and my partner to bathe together.

We loved the spa tub. The room was a good size. We are from Vermont and we came down to pick up the RV we purchased. The dealership is right across the street, very convenient.
